Work handling equipment
Getting the work piece through the bastroom efficiently will greatly increase productivity. We manufacture a variety of rail bound work cars ranging from manual push in units, to cable driven units for handling very heavy items up to 50 tonnes.
Wireless remote control
Our cable drive units provide an additional safety factor as there are no electric cables trailing the work car. The wire drive can be configured above ground or fully submerged to prevent above ground obstruction.
Operation of the drive system is by a hand held wireless remote control enabling the operator to stand in close proximity to the work piece.
Mounted externally from the entrance to the blastroom we also manufacture a rotating table to index the rail bound work car at 90 degrees. The turntable is also controlled by hand held wireless remote.
