Rubber roll up door
You may have noticed from the photos throughout this site a lot of the blastrooms we install are fitted with a rubber roll up door. We believe these doors are a much better alternative to conventional steel swing doors and we will use them when ever possible.
Space saving & noise reducing
Unlike conventional swing doors our rubber roll up door does not occupy any additional floor space. The door is manufactured from a tough abrasive resistant rubber and is braced across its width to provide rigidity and support.
The rubber roll up door will soak up the noise from the blasting nozzle to aid in reducing noise levels emitted from the blastroom.
Perfect sealing
Double layer seals on each side of the door ensure perfect sealing, and when raised tracks are used in the blastroom the door can be profiled to provide perfect seal against the floor.
Limit switches automatically stop the drive once it has raised or lowered. To provide additional illumination the door can also be supplied manufactured from white rubber.
